Kilter Care is a supported accommodation provider working with local authorities across the North West, offering safe, supportive homes to young people in care and care leavers aged 16-plus.

Kilter Care is an Ofsted-registered supported accommodation provider. We offer supported accommodation to young people aged 16 years and over. Our accommodation provides safe, nurturing homes for young people who are ready for semi-independent living, as they prepare to move on to their own tenancies at the age of 18. Through our PROMISE therapeutic framework, we provide specialised trauma-informed support to the young people who live with us. We are on the Placements Northwest framework.
